yeah, its made from epoxy putty, over an armature made of metal, i sculpt an approximation of what i want, then work it up with files blades and abrasives

sand paper wet n dry nail boards matchboxes, and dremell stones somtimes even a concretes slab out in the garden if i need to flat a big piece down.
